Your satisfaction and comfort is our priority. If you’re not happy with the Foldable Gaming Chair, we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We offer returns and exchanges on purchases that are returned within 30 days of receiving the items. 

Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return.

(Odours, stains, and misuse will not be accepted) 

Items you wish to return for a refund must be mailed back.  A refund for the product value will be processed back to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping.

We will respond to you within 24 hours after receiving your e-mail.

Please note that our warehouse applies a $4 restocking fee on returned items. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping back items for exchange and we recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.
